Peace of mind, wherever you are on the aging journey
Whether you're living at home without assistance, with the help of an in-home health aid, at an assisted living community, or at a skilled nursing home — a medical alert system provides protection you can't afford to live without.
Looking for a Medical Alert System Provider
It's important to choose a provider who is prepared to support your needs at every step. At Medical Guardian, we're proud to have offered superior support, products and emergency monitoring since 2006.
Price
Medical Guardian offers more freedom for less money when compared to assisted living costs. "Budget-friendly" systems often contain hidden fees or long-term contracts, resulting in poor service during an emergency — when a person is most at risk.
Support
Buying a medical alert device is only the beginning of the relationship. A provider should remain accessible long after the sale is finalized. Our in-house team of Customer Care Specialists is dedicated to providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
Monitoring
Monitoring centers are the heart of medical alert systems. Our US-based monitoring center is certified by the highest industry standards and staffed 24/7 by trained emergency professionals.
Installation
At-home alert systems require installation, which not every company supports. Our Customer Care Specialists guide you step-by-step. Our easy-to-follow video tutorials help you install on your own.
Products
A medical alert system should fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. While some companies offer only one or two products, Medical Guardian has six unique devices to assure you'll be completely satisfied.
Reviews
Consider third-party reviews when researching a medical alert system. We're proud to say that Medical Guardian is the #1 rated medical alert company across leading independent review websites.
